How are The Residence and Beach House restaurant connected?

Great question!
The whole building includes both concepts, whereby restaurant guests do not have entry into the Residence, but as guests of the Residence you can use the restaurant facilities at any time within the specified opening hours.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the south facing facade of the building with the main dining areas directly out on the beach and The Residence above and behind this setting.  
We have live musicians playing in the restaurant throughout the year which means there is on occasions music "next door” until 23:00.  All bedrooms have been soundproofed to ensure optimum levels of comfort though nevertheless we feel it worth mentioning.

What time is the check in and out?

Our check in time is 16:00 and the check out 12:00.

What time does breakfast start and finish?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast is available from 8:30 until 12:00 in either the beach lounge or covered terrace depending on the weather.

Until what time can I use my room on my day of departure?

Accepted Answer

The room is available until 12:00 - this assures enough time for our team to clean everything up for the next guests' arrival.
 
You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception if you plan to leave later.

Can I check in during the night?

Yes, this is possible. Please mention your arrival time when booking so our concierge can welcome you.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, of course :)
 
If you plan to book more than one room you can just contact us via phone or contact form, and we will reserve the necessary rooms.

You can alternatively book each room individually. Most booking software (unfortunately) don't support the booking process of several rooms at once. Therefore, you can just select each room individually and book it.

Yes we have installed high speed fibre throughout The Residence.

How do I get to The Residence from the airport.

We would definitely recommend a luxury Airport transfer, please contact us for information regarding vehicles and prices.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after I check out?

Yes, speak with our reception and they will securely store your luggage after check out.

Can I invite guests to my room?

Accepted Answer

No.  Due to Spanish law and the safety of other guests only those who have reserved and checked in with us have access to rooms and other exclusive Residence facilities.
